NEXON rolled out a 'Class Inheritance' update for its homegrown MMORPG, WARS OF PRASIA, on the 23rd.

The Inheritance system serves as a fresh progression mechanic available to all classes. Once a character reaches level 60 and completes the associated episode, the system unlocks, granting players exclusive visuals and seasonal skills that shift with each update. Furthermore, by completing specific missions, players can earn 'Inheritance Trait' points, allowing them to tailor their primary skills to a preferred combat style.

The update also introduces a new PvP mode called 'Ruins of Conflict.' It is a 5v5 team deathmatch that pits players from across all servers against one another, accessible via the 'Arena' within the 'World Rift' content. The team that racks up more kills within the time limit claims victory. The mode features a 'God of War' system, which awards bonus points for taking down the opposing team’s ace, alongside challenging debuff zones.

Starting at 8:00 PM on the 23rd, NEXON will open 'Mervis,' a dedicated world designed to bolster the growth of new players. Mervis operates as an independent world, isolated from other server merges, offering exclusive experience buffs and a 'Path of Growth' that allows characters to hit level 65 in a flash. Through events running until September 24th, new players can secure up to 1,155 summon tickets, a legendary-grade form and mount, and a heroic-grade spirit just by checking in.

Meanwhile, the '2025 WARS OF PRASIA Summer Festival' runs until August 20th. Players can spend Summer Festival Coins to acquire items like the Blue Shark Mask form summon and Heroic Gray Erosion Relief Scroll selection boxes. Additionally, the '2025 WARS OF PRASIA Summer Appreciation Festival' continues until September 3rd, rewarding consistent logins with WP Coupon equipment boxes, three types of WP Coupons, level 55 heroic special enchantment scroll selection boxes, and hero spirit summon gifts.
