Last week, we caught a whiff of instability in the Siege ranking for 'Seven Knights Re:BIRTH' (hereinafter SKRB). It looked like the long-reigning 'Cheolgeo' guild finally had a serious contender on their hands. Fast forward seven days, and everything has snapped back to the status quo. Cheolgeo has reclaimed the top spot across every single Siege category. To add insult to injury, they smashed their own record, hitting a total score of 500 million. This milestone was a collective grind, with five members of Cheolgeo securing spots in the personal Top 10. Truly, a display of dominance. Let’s dive into the state of the final Siege in July.

The Unstoppable Freight Train: Cheolgeo

In this latest count, Cheolgeo has widened the gap against the second-place guild, 'TodayOnlyLive', pushing their lead to 39 million points—a 4 million point jump from last week. The message is loud and clear: they are not interested in being overtaken. By cementing their first-place position and becoming the first to hit a 500 million total score, they have proven they are playing on an entirely different level.

While the top two remain static, 'Romance' and 'Byeolbyeol' have swapped places. Byeolbyeol saw a drop of 13 million points, whereas Romance surged by 31 million. Meanwhile, the 'Sena' guild broke the 400 million mark, making 400 million the new entry requirement for the Top 5. Further down, 'Domination' plummeted from 6th to 12th, while 'Geuncheop' climbed to 10th and 'Arine' skyrocketed from 11th to 7th. It seems the guilds outside the top 10 are fighting tooth and nail.

A Comet Named Yandeli

A newcomer has crashed the party to take the individual top spot. The protagonist is 'Yandeli' from the 'Stigma' guild. With a run of 12th, 3rd, 4th, 13th, 14th, 3rd, and 12th place throughout the week, Yandeli remained in the top 15 every single day to clinch a maiden victory. It’s even more impressive considering Yandeli was nowhere to be found in the previous personal Top 100. One has to wonder if this is an established ranker under a new alias.

Outside of Stigma, guilds like Arine, Byeolbyeol, 'MaoGuild', and TodayOnlyLive each produced one Top 10 ranker. The remaining five spots were swept up by members of Cheolgeo. The sheer momentum of the guild currently sitting at the top of the collective rankings is nothing short of relentless. It makes you wonder how many more Cheolgeo members will infiltrate the Top 10 next.

July Week 5 Siege Results by Day

Here is the chart for the July Week 5 Siege results. With Cheolgeo reclaiming the Monday and Tuesday top spots, the guilds trailing behind are clearly putting in the work. Excluding the Castle of Death and the Castle of Hell, the runners-up are now consistently matching the leading digits of Cheolgeo’s scores. The collective potential of these guilds is steadily trending upward.

Meanwhile, in the Castle of Hell, Byeolbyeol lost their 2nd place spot to the Romance guild, which vaulted from 5th to 2nd in a single week. Conversely, Byeolbyeol fell to 8th after a 5 million point drop. There haven't been any major shifts in the meta, likely because there hasn't been a new hero specifically tailored for Siege warfare lately.

Siege Pick of the Week

Today’s featured Siege party is for the 'Castle of Hell'. As of the 5th week of July, the highest score was 2,071,923, achieved by 'Suseok' of the 'Hongeo' guild. This Siege requires heavy focus on single-target attacks and immunity to instant death, which currently makes it the lowest-scoring challenge on the board.

Suseok’s lineup consisted of 'Asura - Espada - Pascal - Vanessa - Leo'. Leo is the only hero with immunity to instant death, making this choice irreplaceable. Asura is utilized for 'Focused Attack' to avoid the 'Cooldown Reduction upon hit' mechanic, Vanessa provides a constant debuff to enemy defense, Espada acts as a sub-DPS, and Pascal handles the heavy lifting as the main DPS. These are currently the most potent single-target attackers available in SKRB.

While this high-score setup leans toward magic damage, you won't face any issues if you prefer a physical composition. You can simply swap in physical equivalents for Pascal, Espada, and Vanessa. For Pascal, I recommend Shane; for Vanessa, Ace, who shares a similar defense-reduction passive; and for Espada, Snipper. If you find yourself struggling to survive until turn 70, replacing Snipper with Yui is a solid choice, as Yui provides continuous healing and an overall physical attack buff for the team. Since Leo is also a physical attacker, you’ll even see a minor boost to your total damage output.
