It has been a week since the major update for 'Raven 2' hit the servers. The developers have rolled out a barrage of missions and attendance events, promising Hero-grade items and special coupons for those diligent enough to complete the tasks. Keep a close eye on the clock, though—some of these events are wrapping up in a week, leaving you with a rather tight schedule. For the ones with more breathing room, you still need to be diligent. Here’s a breakdown of the events, how to secure the best rewards, and how to manage them efficiently.

You need to collect Hero crafting blueprints by their specific types.

This year, 'Raven 2' seems intent on lowering the barrier to entry for Hero-grade equipment. They’ve added a monthly 'Hero Crafting Blueprint Fragment' feature and have been steadily handing out fragments via events. The recently launched 'Unity Growth Support Mission I' follows this trend. Clearing all missions grants you one 'Unity Blueprint Fragment', and collecting two allows you to craft a guaranteed Hero-grade blueprint.

In the world of Hero blueprints, more is always better. The golden rule is to collect as many as possible, ideally in even numbers, categorized by type. These categories are split into 'Hero Weapon Crafting Blueprint', 'Hero Armor Crafting Blueprint', 'Hero Accessory Crafting Blueprint', 'Hero Skillbook Crafting Blueprint', and the general 'Hero Crafting Blueprint'. The logic is a bit convoluted, so let me break it down for you.

First, consider equipment crafting. The protagonists here are the general 'Hero Crafting Blueprint' and the specific weapon, armor, and accessory variants. These are grouped because the former acts as a substitute for the latter—much like using the 'Successor's Token' to craft gear. Think of it as a master key. However, here is the catch with high-end gear: crafting top-tier equipment requires two blueprints. While you can use a general 'Hero Crafting Blueprint', you absolutely cannot mix a specific 'Hero [Type] Blueprint' with a general one. You must have two of the exact same type. Thus, you must manage your collection in even numbers to prepare for those high-end crafts.

Second, the Hero Skillbook blueprints cannot be swapped with general Hero blueprints. You need two of the honest-to-goodness skillbook blueprints. With the new Hero skillbooks added in the 5th week of July, each requiring two blueprints to craft, and the ongoing trend of 'Raven 2' pushing high-end items, it is highly likely that future gear and skills will follow this two-blueprint requirement. Farm those fragments accordingly.

Prioritize every single Abyss Exploration Mission and Request.

There is about a week left until the 'Raven 2' Abyss Exploration Mission ends. The event unlocks a batch of missions over seven days, and you must clear them all to snag the completion reward. The event concludes on August 13 at 04:59 AM.

Let’s scrutinize the schedule. Missions unlock based on your daily login, meaning it takes a full seven days just to open all the tasks. Clearing everything takes even longer. Since one of the final missions requires participating in 'Rift Boss' kills 15 times—and you only get 6 attempts per day—it will take at least 3 days to finish. In short, it takes ten days from your first login to secure the final reward. If you are starting today, August 5, full completion is unfortunately off the table.

Even if you cannot complete everything, you should at least grab the essentials. Your priority should be the 'Abyss Exploration Request'—a special secret request item, of which you get 20. Using these triggers specific missions. After some tedious rerolling, I found two patterns. I recommend going for the first one, which yields either a Special Task Magic Stone Box, 15 Special Task Enchant Stone Boxes, 500,000 Gold, 50 Subjugation Certificates, or 50 Fragments of Malice. All of these are vital for gear production and management.

I recommend the first list due to the rarity of the rewards. Stella shards can be crafted whenever you like, but high-grade or tainted enchant stones are a pain to collect. Subjugation Certificates and Fragments of Malice must be farmed via boss raids or in areas like Synerim and Alteia. These opportunities are limited, so do not let them slip through your fingers.

The other core rewards in the Abyss Exploration Mission include Abyss Exploration Data I, II, III, and IV—time-limited item collections that grant stat buffs. There are two categories, active until August 27 at 04:59 AM. The key is the 'Abyss Exploration Report', the third item in Abyss Exploration Mission II, which is awarded only upon total completion of the event. If you fail to finish all missions, you won't be able to activate that item.

Open your in-game event tab and check your progress now. Abyss Exploration Mission I is doable even without a total clear; the 'Tower of Chaos' challenge is the only hurdle. For Abyss Exploration Mission II, weigh your chances of a full clear. If it is impossible, it is more efficient to pivot your efforts elsewhere.

For Special Task missions, check your time efficiency and hunting ground specs.

Special Task missions are the quintessential daily 'homework' in 'Raven 2'. Aside from the main story, they provide the most XP. You must do them daily to level up. I suggest prioritizing missions that offer the most XP or have a higher grade.

During the 'Equipment Special Growth Support' event, pay extra attention to your Special Task missions. Completing 100 tasks earns you a pile of goodies, including weapon, armor, and accessory enchant stones, Teramonds, an Elite Special Task Accessory Token, and a 'Special Coupon: Equipment'. Based on 8 tasks per day, it takes 13 days to complete. The event ends on August 27 at 04:59 AM, so you need to start no later than August 14.

When running missions, manage your movement by tackling 'areas where you can clear multiple missions at once' and 'high-level, high-spec hunting grounds' first. The sooner you finish your homework, the better. If you have three missions in the 'Magitech Workshop' with quotas of 50, 100, and 150 monsters respectively, focus on the 150-monster quest. This prevents you from finishing the smaller quotas early and wasting time running around for a separate task.

The latter strategy is useful when you are away from the keyboard. Since the game continues to auto-hunt in the location where your final Special Task ends, if that spot is a high-level area or consumes too many potions, you risk dying while you are away. It is better to finish all tasks and then move to a safe zone for auto-hunting.

Lastly, check in on your progress occasionally. Sometimes the game starts hunting in areas with low monster density, which will slow down your daily tasks. If you notice this, manually switch your hunting location to keep things moving.
