Com2uS is entering the final stretch for the upcoming launch of 'The Starlight'.

On the 6th, Com2uS announced that the character name reservation event for The Starlight will kick off on the 11th at 12:00 PM. The Starlight is a new MMORPG developed by GameTales and published by Com2uS, weaving a narrative around chosen heroes across a multiverse. The game draws inspiration from four novels penned by the lead director Jung Sung-hwan, spanning a complex worldview that bridges the medieval, modern, and future eras.

The name reservation event is a chance for players to stake a claim on their preferred monikers before the official service goes live. Starting on the 11th via the official brand site for The Starlight, players can log in with their intended game account and verify the mobile number used during pre-registration to secure a spot on a desired server.

Reservations are available across four worlds named after key figures: Irisia, Rover, Deckard, and Silkira. Participants can choose one of 24 total servers—six per world—though the Rover world is specifically designated for streamer participation. Each account is limited to one reservation, with a single opportunity to change it later. To keep the reserved name, players must log in with the participating account within 28 days of the official launch.

Meanwhile, Com2uS is handing out three 'Starlight'—a special currency for use in the pre-registration page events—to everyone who joins the reservation.

The Starlight, which is currently open for pre-registration, is slated for a Q3 release.
