Starting from the first week of July, 'Cheolgeo' has maintained its throne as the #1 guild in the Seven Knights Re:Verse (hereinafter SKRB) Siege rankings. After a minor dip, the guild has not only recovered its score but soared to a new personal best, comfortably leaving the runner-up, 'Byeolbyeol', in the dust. It seems that brief stumble was merely a tactical step back to gain momentum. Let us dive into the current state of the SKRB Siege as of the second week of August.

Cheolgeo rebounds, crossing the 500 million mark

Cheolgeo, having seen their total score slide, is back in full force. They achieved 505,591,389 points, surpassing their performance from two weeks ago of 501,074,343. A momentary lapse, perhaps, but they have firmly reasserted their dominance as the strongest guild in SKRB. Meanwhile, Byeolbyeol held onto second place with 455,632,861 points. Despite a respectable gain of roughly 14 million points since the first week of August, they simply could not match the sheer resilience and growth of Cheolgeo.

Two other guilds warrant a mention: 'Yeomyeong', which has clawed its way back into the top 10, and the newcomer 'Keung-keung-dan'. The latter jumped from 12th place, piling on 41,526,473 points to secure the 6th spot. It remains to be seen if this momentum will carry them forward or if they will fall out of the tier list in the next tally.

Only 5 individuals managed to break into the top 100 for all Siege categories

The individual rankings this time were quite startling. Out of the top 10 rankers, only 5 managed to place in the top 100 across all Siege events—down by three from last week’s count of eight. Rankers between 6th and 25th only appeared in six out of the seven Siege locations. Individual scores have generally seen a decline, which has naturally rippled through to guild scores, explaining why some guilds saw a sharp drop in their standings.

In the midst of this, we have a new #1 individual: 'Jingdasa' from the Byeolbyeol guild. Although the total score dropped by 76,549, the decline of other top-tier players was far more severe, allowing Jingdasa to climb from 2nd to the top spot. The guild distribution of the top 10 rankers is as follows: 2 from Cheolgeo, 2 from Bam-bit, 1 from Byeolbyeol, 1 from 'Hongeo', 1 from 'Jipnagan-Ludy', 1 from 'Jeong-ye', and 1 from 'Oneul-man-sanda'. Notably, the number of top-tier rankers hailing from Cheolgeo has halved from 4 to 2.

Siege results by day for the 2nd week of August

Here is the chart for the weekly Siege results. While Cheolgeo is back on track, the resurgence of the guilds below them is equally noteworthy. The score spikes in the 5th to 10th place range were particularly aggressive. If the top tier is seeing a steady climb, the mid-tier is experiencing an explosive surge.

However, the Castle of Hell, known for its high difficulty, was the only venue where mid-tier scores dipped. Last week, the 10th place score sat at 41.67 million, but it has now receded by 0.95 million to 40.72 million. Until heroes with immunity to 'Single-target' or 'Instant Death' effects are introduced, we expect this venue to see the slowest growth.

Siege Picks of the Week

The Siege party for today features the 'Castle of Podina'. As of the second week of August, the highest score was 2,936,779, achieved by 'Wollang' of the Byeolbyeol guild. This specific Siege requires a composition centered on three magic damage dealers and a hero with immunity to electrocution.

Wollang utilized a combination of 'Lina - Vanessa - Ruri - Chloe - Yeonhee'. Lina provides damage amplification and defense shred, Vanessa brings defense reduction and piercing attacks, Chloe offers electrocution immunity, and Yeonhee boosts the team's magic attack. All these mechanics are fine-tuned to maximize the main damage dealer, Ruri.

As a side note, the 'Rook' that appears alongside Eileen in the Castle of Podina grants a 2-turn damage immunity. Therefore, the strategy guide suggests a hero capable of 'turn-based buff reduction'. Conveniently, there is 'Sera', who is a 3-target magic dealer with exactly that skill. If you lack Ruri, try swapping in Sera. Despite being a 'Rare' grade hero, Sera possesses impressive skill coefficients and is a solid choice for Guild Wars, so investing in Sera is never a waste.
