LionSoft announced on the 18th that 'Keroro GunShooting', a TPS action shooter utilizing the 'Sgt. Frog' IP, is now officially live. Having debuted in Southeast Asia in December 2024, the title has undergone a comprehensive remaster, incorporating a wealth of feedback from its initial player base.

The narrative follows 'Sergeant Keroro' and the platoon, whose grand ambition to conquer 'Pekopon' hits a snag after their main force is compromised, delaying the invasion. The story captures their chaotic attempts to fund a comeback—or perhaps just buy more plastic models—by turning to game development.

The developer has introduced a more intuitive and simplified control scheme, ensuring even the greenest recruits can jump right in.
