The debut trailer for 'Off to the Island', the very first DLC for inZOI, has been unveiled just in time for the opening day of Gamescom 2025.

KRAFTON dropped the trailer for their first expansion, 'Off to the Island', during the Gamescom Opening Night Live on the 19th (local time). As the grand prelude to the world’s largest gaming event, Gamescom, this showcase serves as a prime stage for the latest updates on highly anticipated titles.

The trailer gives us a proper look at the lush scenery of the new 'Chahaya' region, alongside some fresh behaviour patterns for the Zois and environmental quirks. It is packed with tropical flair, including activities like piloting small boats, farming, swimming, and even diving.

The 'Chahaya' region is split between the main island—where the Zois can prosper by trading resources gathered through farming, foraging, and fishing—a resort island teeming with leisure, and a mysterious uninhabited islet tucked between them. Given its tropical nature, one must be prepared for sudden heatwaves or heavy downpours. The resort island also promises plenty of entertainment, including a unique feature where the Zois can pray to the cats that guard Chahaya.

On a curious note, the trailer features a Zoi clad in a bright orange prisoner uniform sprinting outdoors. This has sparked whispers among fans that we might finally see criminal content, perhaps even prison breaks, in an upcoming update.
