Netmarble has rolled out the 'Fantastic Summer Vacation' update for its mobile RPG, The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross, developed by Netmarble F&C.

The latest addition is the new SSR-grade hero, [Passionate Summer] Princess of Promise Gerda. Sporting a swimsuit fit for the season, Gerda uses high HP to soak up a portion of the damage dealt to allies, effectively shielding the team from harm.

Through the 'Fantastic Summer Vacation Special Summon', players are guaranteed to obtain the new hero, Princess of Promise Gerda, upon reaching 600 mileage points. Upon reaching 600 mileage twice, players can select one character from a pool of base UR-grade characters or the latest new arrivals.

The update also introduces lower difficulty settings for the Demon King battle to help newcomers find their footing, adds a new Holy Relic for [Hammer of Justice] God of Thunder Thor, and expands the maximum capacity of the item storage.

To celebrate, Netmarble is hosting a series of events. Players can obtain 40 summon tickets, growth materials, gear selection tickets, and Holy Relic components just by logging in, while the Summer Season Special Mission event offers Diamonds for those who complete six specific tasks.

Furthermore, the world event quest now features a special story, 'In Search of the Fantastic Island,' alongside heroes from The Four Knights of the Apocalypse. Players can also dive into 'Hawk's Dream Adventure,' an event where defeating stage-specific monsters helps grow Hawk.

Elsewhere, the True Boss Battle returns, challenging players to take down Gowther for ranking rewards, including Legendary Seals and costume parts for Gowther. Points gathered from defeating the event boss, Giant Hawk, can be traded for items like Artifact Cards.
