NEXUS announced on the 29th that it has entered into a strategic partnership with LINE NEXT to provide a dedicated web payment channel for 'Rohan2 Global' via 'NEXT Market'. LINE NEXT is a US-based subsidiary managing web3 platform operations, aiming to build a global web3 ecosystem. NEXT Market is the item trading hub operated by LINE NEXT.

Through this partnership, both companies aim to combine the global user base of the LINE platform with blockchain expertise to provide users with a more intuitive and efficient payment environment. Payment methods will include the stablecoin Tether (USDT) as well as local payment options, allowing players to purchase game items and Rubies.

NEXUS plans to leverage this partnership to offer various events and promotions, while actively considering the integration of NEXT Market into future titles set to be onboarded onto the CROSS platform following the launch of Rohan2 Global.

Meanwhile, Rohan2 Global, co-published by NEXUS and Playwith Korea, is an MMORPG that inherits the world-view and combat systems of the original title while incorporating blockchain technology. The title features a user-centric tokenomics model optimized for its genre. Rohan2 Global is scheduled to launch in the second half of this year through the open blockchain game platform CROSS.
