Welcome to the August 2025 edition of our server trends report, where we dive into the server dynamics and metrics for 'B&S Revolution'. August has been a whirlwind, capped off by a flurry of excitement following major updates. We have the results from the first regional occupation battle on the 'Byeonhwamussang' server, and the initial performance data for the 'Miho Swordsman' is finally in. Let's break down the stats from 2,400 players across 11 servers.

Servers and Clans in August

The server making the most noise this August is 'Jeongwangseokhwa'. Thanks to the addition of Mythic-grade accessory slots and a wave of new item updates, the average combat power is skyrocketing. It is flexing its muscles by surpassing a 6.9 million average, the highest across all servers.

With so many heavy hitters gathered, the faction dynamics are naturally gripping. While the Honcheon Sect leads the Faction War by about 500 million points, the occupation battles are a different story, with the Honcheon Sect leading by just a single territory. Given that the faction wars hold more sway, and the fact that they are currently tied 7:7 in the 'Hyeongye' region, the power gap isn't as wide as it seems. It really is a clash of titans.

The future of this server rests on the shoulders of the top-tier rankers. The decisive moment will likely come down to how these players refine their latest gear and tactical setups to take down opposing vanguards. It is impossible to call, and with full-force head-on collisions happening every evening, the variables are endless.

The rookie server, 'Byeonhwamussang', spent the entire month of August grinding through a packed schedule, including its first regional occupation battles. From Arena and Serpent Beach early in the month to Faction Wars and occupations by mid-month, the first cycle is complete. The Honcheon Sect came out on top; while the Faction War was a close call, the Honcheon Sect displayed overwhelming firepower in the occupation battles, leaving the Murim Alliance with no 'Hyeongye' regions to speak of.

With the initial phase heavily skewed, the battlefield has shifted to clan-level politics. The outlook depends on which clans represent their respective factions. Currently, the spotlight is on the Murim Alliance's 'Leader' and the Honcheon Sect's 'Kkureogisubidae'. Since there is a noticeable power gap between these two, the secondary clans supporting them will be the ultimate wildcards. Keep an eye on the faction dynamics here.

August Issue Check!

The biggest buzz from the August update is the new 'Baekcheongbingok' dungeon. It is a 4-player encounter where the team must take down the final boss, 'Bingcheonryong'. The dungeon is split into Legendary and Ancient difficulties, and players can enter via the NPC 'Han Gyeongyu' after completing the 'Igye Act 6 Part 2, The Coming War' quest.

The core reward is Ancient-grade 'Bopae'. An 8-set of 'Shining Bingcheonryong' provides massive boosts to Attack Offset, Penetration Rate, and Accuracy. Plus, you can snag 'Moo-shin Mythic Design Boxes' and 'Legendary Yeokwangseo Boxes', which are essential for character progression. As a result, 'Baekcheongbingok' is currently packed with players.

B&S Revolution announced balance adjustments in the last developer note, and those changes hit in the August update. A total of 16 classes saw their martial arts effects tweaked, including adjustments to casting speed and damage for the latest class, the Miho Swordsman. Many of these changes were direct responses to player feedback.

To help those contemplating a switch, the developers are offering a 'Job Change Ticket'. These will be sent to your mailbox starting after the maintenance on August 26 until September 9 at 10:00 AM. The mail lasts for 3 days, and the ticket itself is usable until September 22 at 23:59. I recommend claiming it early—don't stress over the job choice just yet, just grab the item.

August Server Keywords & Job Focus

Our focus server for August is 'Jeongwangseokhwa', the average combat power leader. It is the place with the highest number of rankers exceeding 5 million attack power. The secret? Likely the latest gear. It is always the first server to adopt new Mythic-grade accessories, Ancient-grade Guardian Spirits, and new Martial Arts Tablets. While the Honcheon Sect dominates the faction landscape, it remains a true battlefield where outcomes are rarely predictable.

For the second week in a row, we are highlighting 'Gun-gyeilhak'. It earns high marks for its faction balance. The Faction War is always a nail-biter; most recently, the Murim Alliance snatched victory by less than 100 million points. It is a server where the winner changes weekly, making it a joy to watch. However, the Honcheon Sect still holds the reins in occupation battles.

In honor of its debut on our server trend chart, the Miho Swordsman is our focus job. It snagged a solid 10.5% share across all servers, placing it 4th overall—not far off from the top-tier classes. Interestingly, it is more popular on the 'Yuadokjon' server than on its launch server, 'Byeonhwamussang'.

The Warlock is reeling from the aftermath of the balance adjustments. While its share dropped significantly, it still held onto 1st place with 11.5%. Unlike the Miho Swordsman, it is least popular on 'Yuadokjon' and enjoys the highest popularity on the high-power-heavy 'Jeongwangseokhwa'.

The Archer maintained its 3rd place spot, unmoved by the adjustments. But don't get comfortable; it is now tied exactly with its rival, the Gunner. Both are at 11.1% with 244 players each, making the future hard to predict. With the Job Change Ticket offer ending in September, I’m excited for the next trend chart.

Regional Occupation & Combat Power Status

The occupation chart reflects the results from the regional battles on August 24. Since the next round is tomorrow, comparing these stats will be a great way to see how the tide turns.

Looking at the occupation stats, some numbers stand out. 'Munjeonseongsi' saw the Honcheon Sect lead 2:16, while 'Jeolsemieon' saw the exact opposite at 16:5. While both servers share similar faction polarities, 'Munjeonseongsi' has a major variable: the upcoming server merger with 'Cheonjigaebyeok' in September.

Fortunately, the Murim Alliance has the edge on 'Cheonjigaebyeok'. However, the Honcheon Sect is winning the Faction War by a wide margin, which might carry over. Since 'Cheonjigaebyeok' has a higher average combat power, its influence will likely be decisive. If there are no massive clan faction shifts, the merged server 'Geumgangbulgoe' is likely to favor the Honcheon Sect.

As for average combat power, 'Jeongwangseokhwa' continues its runaway victory. It leads with over 6.905 million, followed by 'Gun-gyeilhak'. The gap of about 200,000 isn't easy to close. Excluding these two, all other servers remain under 6 million but are showing steady growth.
