[Meca Ranking] It is time once again for our Raven 2 report. Before we dive into the data, a quick housekeeping note: we have adjusted our aggregation schedule. The Meca Ranking data will now be collected every Thursday instead of Monday, with the column moving to a Friday release. Please mark your calendars accordingly.

Now, let’s get down to business. Raven 2 held its server transfer season from August 27 to September 2. It was a rather convenient time, given that the charts had started to stagnate. It appears many guilds and high-ranking players have migrated, as we have observed significant shifts in both the Ancient Citadel and Guild Dungeon rankings.

The shockwaves of these transfers have naturally hit the popular class charts. Melee classes, in particular, have seen a resurgence in rankings, with Destroyer and Deathbringer showing a notable increase in presence. The former is gaining ground across various servers, while the latter is carving out a niche in specific worlds.

The Nox-Dolor and Terra worlds are particularly interesting cases. In Nox-Dolor, the Knight Ranger’s share plummeted by 30 percentage points, dropping them two spots. The vacant throne was seized by the Divine Caster, while the Assassin—a newcomer to the top tier—snatched the second-place spot. In Terra, the Deathbringer took third place in every world except for Fides and Honor. While the Korean region’s Meca Ranking was defined by overall class shifts in August, September is looking like the dawn of an entirely new environment. I am quite curious to see what next week’s data holds.

Overall Class Analysis

The class distribution among rankers across all servers has seen its fair share of turbulence. The Knight Ranger’s dominance has waned, with the Assassin and Berserker absorbing the difference. While the Berserker’s share has slowly declined since the debut of the Deathbringer, they are holding steady at around 5–6%. It seems their focus is shifting toward PvE content like the Ancient Citadel. Having a specialty is always a good thing, I suppose.

In the 5th and 6th spots, the Destroyer and Vanguard have swapped places, separated by a razor-thin 0.1 percentage point margin. The Destroyer has been on an upward trajectory since late July and has now firmly settled into the mid-to-lower ranks. My only concern is the Berserker lurking just below; they have narrowed the gap to about 0.3 percentage points. We might soon see a three-way brawl for these positions.

Global Class Analysis

The global region for Raven 2 has seen relatively little movement. The top-ranked Divine Caster saw a 0.6 percentage point dip, while the Assassin and Vanguard each climbed by 0.3 percentage points. This is hardly a catastrophe for the Divine Caster; when one sits at the top, a slight loss of share is to be expected. Furthermore, they still maintain a comfortable 5.9 percentage point lead over the second-place Knight Ranger. The throne remains secure.

Guild Dungeon Ranking Records

This week’s Guild Dungeon rankings were recorded on September 2, the final day of the server transfer window. The volatility is clear to see. The PIG guild has replaced the former 3rd place holder, Kingz, though both share the exact same record of 5th stage, 12 minutes, and 53 seconds. It is possible this is simply the same guild rebranded during the move.

The real story here is the disappearance of several high-ranking guilds from the chart, including the former 4th place 'Playing in the Animal Crossing' and 8th place 'Veteran Club'. Their absence has allowed other remaining guilds to climb the ladder. Of course, we have also seen new entries like ReStarts, Ssalmokdan, and GoodLuck from Terra, as well as Heuk-hwa from Vita.

Most guilds that have remained on the chart since last week show no change in their records, suggesting they have reached their current performance ceiling. However, there is one notable exception: Star from Vita-Salus. They surged from 16th place with a record of 10th stage, 10 minutes, and 46 seconds, to 9th place with a massive improvement to 4th stage, 8 minutes, and 21 seconds. A stellar performance indeed.
