NEXUS and Playwith Korea have announced the official release date for their collaborative MMORPG, Rohan2 Global.

On the 19th, NEXUS confirmed that Rohan2 Global will officially launch on the 30th. Based on the popular 'Rohan' IP, the game features various races such as humans, elves, and half-elves, along with content like field boss battles. It integrates blockchain technology into the original world, allowing players to own in-game assets like characters and items, extending ownership to the account level and expanding the scope for trading and utility.

The game features an economic system called 'Rohanomics,' which caps the total supply of the core currency, 'Ruby,' at 1 billion units. Rohanomics is a tokenomics structure where currency circulates based on player activity, emphasizing value preservation and practical utility. A total of up to 900 million Rubies will be available for pre-sale across four rounds. Early purchasers can receive additional bonus benefits based on their purchase volume, and the remaining supply will be sold in the shop after the official launch.

Meanwhile, Rohan2 Global has surpassed 2.5 million pre-registrations.
