On the 2nd, 'Seven Knights Re:BIRTH' (hereafter referred to as SKRB) rolled out an update featuring new legendary heroes Kagura and Amelia. To coincide with the Chuseok holiday, they have kicked off a seasonal event. Beyond the roster expansion, the update introduces the new 'Advent Expedition' content, the 20th region dubbed 'Gate of Earth,' and some long-awaited hero reworks.

The new hero Kagura, hailing from the 'Hidden Strong Ones' faction, is an offensive powerhouse. Her main gimmick involves reviving in an 'Indomitable' state upon death. During this phase, she buffs allied offensive and universal heroes with increased critical damage, debuff cleansing, and boosted physical damage. In her Indomitable state, she holds at 1 HP but remains unkillable until she takes 8 hits. With skills that inflict healing reduction and petrification on foes, she’s shaping up to be a cornerstone for physical attack decks.

Amelia, another offensive hero from the 'Hidden Strong Ones', introduces a fresh status effect: 'Concussion.' Enemies afflicted with this cannot act for 2 turns, and if they take a multi-hit attack of two or more strikes, the duration extends by an extra turn. She also packs a skill to lock out healing for 4 turns against the enemy with the highest defense. Given that her two skills target three enemies and a single target respectively, expect to see her frequently in guild wars.

Along with the new heroes, we have the 'Advent Expedition,' a new seasonal guild content launching on October 6th. It runs in two-week cycles, and players are granted one entry ticket daily. Guild leaders and co-leaders assign attack orders for members to challenge the legendary Four Lords bosses. Rewards are tied to cumulative damage, kills, and ranking, so it’s high time you rally your guildmates for a proper raid.

The update also unveils the 20th region, 'Gate of Earth.' This expansion brings with it an extended growth expedition and a new 'Nightmare' difficulty setting. Furthermore, the much-teased reworks for Velika, Bidam, and Sarah have finally arrived. Quality-of-life adjustments were not forgotten, with bulk equipment enhancement and improved pop-up menus for hero and pet lists now in place.

But wait, there's more. The 'Full Moon' event, celebrating the Chuseok holiday, is live until October 16th. During this window, clearing adventure stages gives you a chance to snag one of three chests: Crescent Moon, Half Moon, or Full Moon. You’ll be looking at gold from the Crescent, keys from the Half, and various summoning tickets from the Full Moon chests.

There is also a mission event where using these chests yields additional rewards. Use 50 of each, and you’ll bag a 'Full Moon Summon Ticket,' which can be used in the special Full Moon event summon.
