Goddess of Victory: NIKKE has officially set the 3rd Anniversary stream for October 25th at 7 PM, viewable via the official YouTube channel. While Shifty and Anis are returning as our anchors, they are being joined by two special guests. One can only wonder which Nikkes—and what sort of revelations—await us. Solo Raid: 'Cold Judge'

Running from October 9th to 16th, the 'Cold Judge' Solo Raid is in full swing. The boss is weak to Electric code, and be warned: its defense skyrockets during specific patterns unless you strike the correct parts. The currently featured Ada and Jill, with their defense-piercing prowess, are the stars of the show here. Clear the raid to farm exclusive frames, collectibles, and upgrade materials.

Analyzing the Arcana/Isabel Synergy

Goddess of Victory: NIKKE is all about those synergistic pairings. Think Blanc and Noir, or Emma: Tactical Upgrade and Eunhwa: Tactical Upgrade. Sometimes, it is about support units like Scarlet and Trony, or the combination we are looking at today: Arcana and Isabel.

Arcana made waves upon release for her ability to bolster Isabel. With the current Solo Raid's Electric weakness, players like 'あき' on Blabla have been busy crunching the numbers. How to tackle Hard Story stages?

Once you clear the main story, the Hard mode for that region unlocks. It demands significantly higher combat power, making it a daunting wall for many. That said, with the current roster of high-performance Nikkes, even those slightly under the power threshold can find success with the right setup.

Still, it remains a steep climb for newcomers. It is a recurring topic on the official Lounge and Blabla. Super Cop 'Jill Valentine'

Today, we are talking about Jill Valentine. Known simply as 'Jill', she is a legend from the Resident Evil series. Her iteration in Goddess of Victory: NIKKE stays true to her classic Raccoon City debut.

Jill is a Burst 3, Electric-code Assault Rifle wielder—a pure damage dealer specializing in defense-piercing shots. Her kit is entirely self-serving. Her Skill 1, 'Magnum Rounds', boosts normal attack damage multipliers upon combat start and after every full reload, though it only applies to the first nine rounds. Her Burst skill adds a 10-second window of increased defense-piercing damage, so timing is everything.

Her Skill 2, 'Acid Rounds', applies a similar buff condition, granting a burn-like effect for 30 seconds upon the first shot. Unlike Skill 1, the additional attack power boost during Full Burst activates regardless of whether Jill uses her own Burst.

Her Burst, 'Super Cop', locks her reload speed for 10 seconds and triggers a forced reload, followed by buffs to hit rate and attack damage, while ensuring her standard attacks ignore defense.

Jill pairs well with the previously released Ada to maximize that defense-piercing synergy. However, because she is so self-contained, she can be a difficult fit for established teams. If your gems and recruitment tickets are tight, prioritize accordingly—unless you are chasing top-tier Solo Raid rankings, you might want to think twice before pulling.

Jill's roots are in S.T.A.R.S., an elite special forces unit. Living through the viral outbreak in Raccoon City meant watching friends fall, yet she kept fighting.

Her resilience turned her into a veteran survivor, earning her the 'Super Cop' moniker in the Resident Evil 3 remake—a title she carries with pride in NIKKE. Last week, we held a balance game between Ada and Jill. Ada took the win, proving that her Resident Evil charisma and design resonate strongly with players. Poor Jill might feel a bit slighted as a 'Super Cop', but that is how the cookie crumbles.

The A.C.P.U. squad is currently held together by Poli, Miranda, and Kiri.
