The Summer Game Fest is officially scheduled for next year, with the event locked for June 5 (June 6 in Korean time).

On the 15th, the event organizers took to their official X account to reveal the 2026 Summer Game Fest poster. The poster confirms the date and the venue, the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles. As with previous years, the event will feature both in-person attendance and a global livestream, with tickets set to go on sale next spring.

This year’s Summer Game Fest saw around 60 participants. Industry heavyweights such as Capcom, 2K, Bandai Namco, Sony, CD Projekt Red, Xbox, Square Enix, and Sega were in attendance. Notably, major Korean game companies including Kakao Games, Neowiz, Nexon, and Pearl Abyss also made their presence known.

Based on this, news for major titles such as Lies of P: Prelude, Resident Evil Requiem, Code Vein 2, ARC Raiders, Atomic Heart 2, ILL, and Sonic Racing Crossworld drew significant attention from gamers. With E3 no longer in operation, all eyes are on whether the Summer Game Fest, now considered its successor, can maintain its momentum next year.
