On the 16th, JOYCITY announced a major update for its mobile board game 'Game of Dice' to celebrate its 10th anniversary, introducing the new map 'Decisive Battle: Ruin' and a new 'Hardcore Mode.'

The new map, 'Decisive Battle: Ruin,' features an NPC named Dr. X who enters the match and increases a limit gauge, triggering powerful effects. From turn 18 onwards, toll multipliers and per-turn toll increases are significantly enhanced. Additionally, tolls paid by Dr. X are not transferred to the city owner but are accumulated in a 'Temporary Vault,' which is then distributed to the winning team at the end of the match.

The new 'Hardcore Mode' is a seasonal competitive content where players vie for rankings by accumulating maximum points (LP). Players can engage in 1-on-1 matches against ghosts (AI) or other users, and use exclusive currency to unlock and upgrade items specific to Hardcore Mode. If a player loses, the session ends and related data is reset. At the end of the season, players can earn honorary rewards and currency based on their cumulative point rankings.

JOYCITY has prepared various events to commemorate the 10th anniversary. Simply logging in provides a thank-you letter and 1,000 gems, and completing bundle missions grants an additional 1,000 gems.

Furthermore, 10th-anniversary tournaments such as 'Beat the Developer,' 'Ultimate Guild Tournament,' and 'Original Tournament' will be held. Winners will receive in-game items, and gems will be awarded to all guild members. Special rewards will also be provided to the winners of the Ultimate Tournament and the Grand Championship.
