Netmarble has added a new fighter, 'Athena Asamiya', to its collectible mobile RPG 'The King of Fighters AFK', developed by Netmarble Neo.

Athena Asamiya is a righteous high school idol fighter who fights for world peace, possessing a unique combat style that utilizes psychic power and traditional martial arts. As a well-mannered and diligent hard worker, she is beloved by fans for her dual life as both an idol and a fighter.

Players can summon Athena Asamiya through a pick-up event until October 29. During the same period, an 'Endurance' synergy fighter summon event will also be held.

In addition, the 'Spooky Night' attendance event will run until November 5. By logging into the game during the event period, players can obtain a seasonal Jack-o'-Lantern profile, as well as essential growth materials such as fuel and rubies. Until October 22, players can also encounter legendary pets 'Anone' and 'Saiba' through the 'Tropical Island' special event.
