Now in its ninth year, the Summoners War World Arena Championship 2025 (SWC2025) Asia-Pacific Cup has arrived in Busan.

Com2uS announced that the SWC2025 Asia-Pacific Cup kicked off on the 18th at the Busan Esports Arena. This marks the first offline main event held in Busan and serves as the final stage to determine who will advance to the World Finals. The event is being broadcast globally in 13 languages, including Korean, Japanese, English, French, German, and Chinese.

The tournament began at 2 PM with an opening ceremony, followed by host Heo Jun taking the stage to signal the start of the competition. As two Korean players are competing, the event drew enthusiastic support from the start. The roster includes Korea's SCHOLES and ZZI-SOONG, reigning regional champion PU, last year's World Final champion KELIANBAO, Japanese veterans TAKUZO10 and ETOWARU, and rising stars FRANK and TC.

Players are competing for one of the three tickets to the World Finals. The tournament is a best-of-five, single-elimination format. The quarterfinals feature PU vs. SCHOLES, FRANK vs. KELIANBAO, ZZI-SOONG vs. TAKUZO10, and ETOWARU vs. TC. The three players who advance from this tournament will head to Paris in November to compete for the world championship title.

Meanwhile, Com2uS has prepared various activities, including photo booths, match prediction events, and an MD store. All attendees received official SWC2025 welcome goods, including a duffel bag, a mage mood lamp, a T-shirt, and a cheering towel.
