Previously, the five-minute wait for Kurkan to spawn felt like an eternity, dragging the pace of the encounter. To inject some much-needed adrenaline into these integrated field battles, the developers have slashed that waiting time from five minutes down to two. Finally, no more standing around twiddling your thumbs waiting for a boss to show up.

Q. Why are my Faction and Alliance mission quotas so low?
A. It all boils down to your Faction Rank.

To keep your character progression on track, you should be grinding your Faction and Alliance missions daily and weekly. If you have noticed your alt characters have fewer missions available than your main, the answer is simple: your Faction Rank is too low. Once you hit the rank of 'Elite Soldier', you unlock 9 Faction and 20 Alliance missions per day. For every rank below that, you lose one mission slot. If you want more tasks to sink your teeth into, keep that rank at Elite Soldier or higher.

Q. My gear won't register on the Exchange.
A. Check your presets, sub-class gear, and lock status.

While tradable items can be moved to the account warehouse or listed on the Exchange, many players get frustrated when they cannot do so. If you run into this, check if the item is locked or currently equipped. Crucially, 'equipped' also includes gear assigned to sub-classes or other equipment presets. Pro tip: use the 'Unequip All' function to strip gear from all presets in one go.
