A free educational program where Com2uS employees serve as mentors to provide industry insights is now recruiting participants.

Com2uS announced on the 27th that it is recruiting participants for the 3rd cohort of its 'Com2uS Mentoring School', a career exploration program for university students. Applications are open online until 10:00 AM on November 6. In this 3rd cohort, current industry professionals will serve as mentors to provide information on the game industry and specific job roles free of charge. The list of selected participants will be announced on November 13. Any university student who has completed at least 5 semesters and is expected to graduate by February 2027 is eligible to apply, regardless of their major.

This cohort has expanded beyond the job categories offered in the previous 2nd cohort—Game Design, Programming (Client/Server), Art, Business, and Marketing—to include AI and Technical Art (TA), with mentors from a total of 8 fields participating. Com2uS has been strengthening its capabilities since the launch of its AI strategic unit, 'AX HUB', in March.

Furthermore, the program has been extended from a one-day event to 1.5 days. Participants will attend an online career lecture and orientation on November 20, and on November 21, they can attend up to two specialized lectures at the Com2uS headquarters based on their chosen field of interest. Through group mentoring by job category, participants can discuss career and job-related concerns with professionals and hear stories about actual work in the industry.
