Yoo Ijin, the mercenary who keeps his lethal skills hidden behind the mask of a high school student, is making his way into Soul Strike.

Com2uS Holdings announced on the 29th that they are kicking off a collaboration between Soul Strike and the webtoon Mercenary Enrollment. The Naver Webtoon 'Mercenary Enrollment' features Yoo Ijin, the sole survivor of a childhood plane crash who was raised as a mercenary. It follows his story as he hides his mercenary skills to live the life of a high school student.

This collaboration introduces Ijin, along with mercenaries Alice and 003, as Mythic-grade companions. Ijin uses his knife to deal powerful attacks while inflicting fear and weakness effects. Alice and 003 serve as damage dealers that inflict massive damage on enemies.

The new Mythic skill 'Combat Readiness' is also being added, which increases the attack and defense of all allies, and boosts final damage and elemental damage based on the awakening level. Players can also obtain the artifact '001’s Family Photo,' named after Ijin's code name.

Furthermore, the 'Unique' grade 'Pets' are making their debut. Pets inspired by the Four Symbols—White Tiger, Azure Dragon, Vermilion Bird, and Black Tortoise—as well as the crow 'Mukbi,' will join the battle to assist the protagonist. Three companions, Howard, Aisha, and Nikke, can now achieve even greater performance through Unique Transcendence.

Meanwhile, Soul Strike is offering various events to provide rewards that help with growth to celebrate the collaboration update.
