Kula is a Moon-attribute fighter tied to the Infestation synergy. Her bread and butter is the 'Ice Shard' damage-over-time effect, paired with crowd control via freezing and a defense-shredding debuff. Let’s look at her passive, 'Ice Doll.' Whenever Kula lands an attack, she applies an Ice Shard debuff for one turn. This effect deals 75% of Kula's finish skill damage every turn and is treated as Frostbite.

Furthermore, if an ally strikes a target already afflicted with Ice Shard, they deal an additional 20% of their used skill's damage. This bonus scales with the attacking ally's output, so the results can be quite impressive. Once you hit 10 stars, that bonus damage doubles from 20% to 40%.

Her active skill, 'Falling Snowman EX,' is a projectile-type move that hits the target and two adjacent enemies. On impact, there’s a 75% chance to apply [Defense Reduction LV4] for two turns.
