Pan Studio posted an announcement on the 30th regarding issues encountered by players since the official launch of their action RPG, 'Duet Night Abyss'. The studio announced a plan for full-scale optimization and improvements based on user feedback.

This announcement is part of a participatory update strategy, reflecting various opinions gathered from the player community. The development team stated their commitment to "reflecting the voices of Lunar Hunters as swiftly and authentically as possible."

To start, they are improving mobile platform performance. By November, they will implement dynamic resolution and overall graphical quality enhancements. Following that, they plan to refine UI readability, control convenience, and rendering and lighting quality in stages.

They are also clarifying the acquisition structures for new characters and weapons, including content such as 'Immersive Theatre', 'Echoes of Nightmare', and the Exchange Shop. By doing so, they aim to help players understand the future update roadmap and participate in the improvement process.

Additionally, they stated that they are sequentially addressing various issues that occurred during the early service period, such as buffering, payment failures, controller recognition errors, and crashes. The development team offered an apology, stating, "We sincerely apologize to all Lunar Hunters who faced inconvenience during our early service. We are currently processing the identified issues and will provide fixes through subsequent updates."

Meanwhile, Duet Night Abyss has added a new exchange item, 'Commission Notebook 2', to the Lunar Shop. As compensation for the inconvenience, they are distributing 10 Lustrous Hourglasses, 200 Commission Letter Clues, and 5 Commission Notebook 3s to all servers.

Pan Studio noted, "Duet Night Abyss is our first global simultaneous launch. We aren't perfect yet, but we want to build a game that evolves alongside its players." They added that they intend to consistently improve service quality through a user-participatory feedback system and craft every update process together with the players.
