Netmarble announced on the 12th that it is recruiting test participants for its upcoming console and PC title, 'Project EVILBANE', via Steam.

'Project EVILBANE' is a third-person co-op action game currently under development by Netmarble Monster. It features Unreal Engine 5-based graphics and strategic combat that allows players to swap weapons in real-time.

In 'Project EVILBANE', players become squad members in a dark fantasy world, carrying out missions to rebuild humanity while facing the Red King's demonic legions. The gameplay involves teams of up to four players infiltrating battlefields to complete missions. Seven operations have been implemented in the current development stage. This test aims to verify core gameplay elements, including combat, controls, and co-op play.

This is the first time domestic test participants are being recruited for 'Project EVILBANE'. Further details, including the test schedule, will be released sequentially.

A Netmarble representative stated, "We are conducting user tests from the early stages of development to actively reflect user feedback," adding, "We plan to include the nicknames of those who participate in the test and complete the survey in the game's ending credits, so we look forward to your participation and feedback."

Meanwhile, 'Project EVILBANE' will hold its first on-site demo at the Netmarble booth during 'G-STAR 2025', which opens on the 13th. Visitors can play a G-STAR exclusive single-player mode on-site.
