On November 20th, the story event BLANK TICKET kicked off, putting the spotlight on Soline from the Infinity Rail squad, who operates the Ark's train, AZX. It’s a touching tale about Soline’s growth alongside a mysterious grandmother named Nora—definitely worth a quiet moment to appreciate. Plus, clearing event stages nets you exclusive items to trade at the event shop for Recruitment Tickets, skill development materials, and other goodies.

Solo Raid Recap

Solo Raids are the beating heart of Goddess of Victory: NIKKE’s endgame. As a monthly PvE competitive mode, it draws massive engagement. The exclusive profile frames are highly coveted, but with only the top 3% securing the final tier, the competition is nothing short of cutthroat.

Queen-001 was no exception. By 5:00 AM on November 20th, BlaBla and the official lounge were flooded with player results. The community was obsessed with the cutoff point, which settled at a staggering 19.2 billion points. It’s a cruel game—the difference of a few points meant the heartbreak of landing in 3.01% instead of the top 3%.

The Goddess of Victory: NIKKE and Mom's Touch collaboration is currently in full swing. Buy two limited-edition sets, and you'll snag acrylic dioramas and metal keyrings. Commanders didn't waste any time, hitting up their local spots from day one.

Since the goods are blind-boxed, you never know which Nikke you're getting. It’s a thrill for collectors, but pulling the same character repeatedly can be, well, a bit deflating.

I'm Not a Kid! 'Soline: Frost Ticket'

Today's highlight is Soline: Frost Ticket. As part of the Infinity Rail squad, she’s a familiar face, though she’s famously touchy about being called a 'kid' or 'little one.' She’ll insist she’s a full-grown adult with a fiery temper—her behavior, however, tells a different story.

Soline: Frost Ticket is a Burst I, Water Code, Shotgun-wielder. She holds the distinction of being the first Shotgun Nikke to bring a Burst cooldown reduction to the table, along with healing capabilities.

Her Skill 1, 'Checking the Ticket!', issues tickets to the entire squad at the start of battle and upon Burst activation. You can hold up to two, each boosting max HP based on her own stats—up to 20% at level 10. When Full Burst begins, she triggers two effects: a cooldown reduction for the squad's Burst skills and the removal of the 'First Train Discount' effect from her second skill.

Skill 2, 'Let Me Help You Board!', kicks in when an ally's HP drops to 15% or below, provided they hold a ticket. It heals them based on the caster's max HP, consuming one ticket. The 'First Train Discount' provides a 6-second window at the start of the battle where tickets aren't consumed. Her Burst, 'I’ll Get You There Safely!', heals the team, though the 40-second cooldown is quite steep.

The jury is still out on Soline: Frost Ticket. Some see her as a potential totem for Shotgun teams or a spicy pick for PvP. Others are hopeful she might shine in Water-weak Solo Raids. We'll have to see how she performs in the field before casting a final verdict.

Soline has been with us since the early days, but the BLANK TICKET event gives her a fresh narrative purpose. It’s a surprisingly touching story, so give it a look. Her original look was a bit sharp and edgy, but this winter ensemble feels much brighter. Her touch animations are particularly charming this time around.
