Welcome back to the [Meca Ranking] for Arthdal Chronicles. It has been roughly three weeks since the class change tickets dropped on November 12. Plenty of you have taken the plunge and switched things up, so let's see how the meta has shifted. Who are the top dogs climbing the ranks? We’ve crunched the data at KookminTree to find out.

Archers, Stormbringers, and Priest-Knights: The hunt for efficiency

To be perfectly honest, there haven't been any new classes or dramatic balance patches since the tickets arrived, so the distribution hasn't exactly turned upside down. The most noticeable shift, however, is the decline of the Warrior. Since the tickets went live, the Warrior population in the top 100 has dipped by 4 percentage points. Even looking at the top 500, we see a 1.4 percentage point drop. The Fighter isn't faring much better, down 1 percentage point in the top 100 and 0.8 percentage points in the top 500.

The consensus? It’s all about farming efficiency. If you want to clear zones like Foxflower Snowy Field or the Black Night 4th Archipelago quickly, ranged is king. The Fighter, possessing zero ranged options, is widely considered underpowered compared to its peers. Looking at the faction scores of the top-ranked Warriors and Fighters confirms this; they’re consistently trailing behind other classes.

So, where is everyone jumping ship to? Statistics show that most Warriors and Fighters are switching to the Priest-Knight. Since they share the same heavy armour category, the cost in currency is minimal. Moreover, while the Priest-Knight is technically a melee class, it can utilise 'Space Sword' and 'Divine Sword Master' to keep up with ranged attacks, ensuring they don't fall behind in the farming grind.

Curious who made the jump? Looking at the rankings, players like 'Michin-ja' (Yulseul 1), 'Michin-jeongsinbyeongja' (Yulseul 1), 'Black Ran' (Irae 3), 'Nando-jil' (Yulseul 2), 'Gang-do' (Isodeunyeong 2), and 'Ssom-sama' (Irae 2) have all swapped over. It’s quite the exodus from the melee ranks, isn't it?

The Stormbringer and Archer remain top picks. The Stormbringer is a beast in large-scale warfare and farming thanks to its massive AoE skills. The Archer, while more single-target focused, shreds monsters with its 'Aimed Shot' gauge skill. It’s clear: if it farms fast, players are going to flock to it.

How do the average combat power rankings look?

Checking in on the average combat power across servers, things are fairly static. Most servers saw a modest bump of 1,000 to 2,000 in average power. Yulseul 2, Irae 2, Aramunhaesla 2, and Mihaje 2 were the ones showing the most growth this week.

What about the faction score rankings?

Last week was a whirlwind of elections for Supreme Faction Leaders and the selection of the Lawless King. The result? 'Pae-ak-jil' from Yulseul 2 took the crown with 20.2273 billion points. Not far behind were 'Cheonha-cheongeom' (Aramunhaesla 2) with 18.309 billion, 'Doduk' (Isodeunyeong 2) with 17.78045 billion, and 'Michin-ja' (Yulseul 1) with 14.80481 billion.

And the Alliance rankings?

In the race for Alliance glory, the 'Dooly' alliance from Isodeunyeong 2 continues to dominate with 65.89629 billion reputation points. They’re followed by 'Manse' (Isodeunyeong 1) at 60.814 billion, 'Daehan' (Isodeunyeong 1) at 60.62292 billion, and 'AceT' (Irae 2) at 55.19164 billion.
