Honkai: Star Rail is set to receive its 3.8 version update, titled 'Memories are the Opening of Dreams', on December 17.

HoYoverse announced the 3.8 update for Honkai: Star Rail on the 8th. This patch introduces 'Dahlia', a new character wielding Fire element and the Path of Nihility, as the narrative dives into memories left behind from past Trailblazing missions. Penacony, a renowned resort across the cosmos, still harbors plenty of mysteries even after the Charmony Festival.

Dahlia, the daughter of the Duke of Inferno, possesses the unsettling ability to manipulate memories and conjure scenes that never existed. She shares a deep connection with the Garden of Recollection's 'Black Swan'. In combat, she focuses on Toughness reduction, forming a 'Dance Partner' bond with an ally to trigger additional Super Break DMG. Her Ultimate grants all enemies a 'Dance Partner' weakness, turning the tide on Toughness management.

Furthermore, you will get to experience a more profound narrative from Firefly’s perspective. The story behind her entry into the Dreamscape, her first meeting with the Trailblazer, and the battlefields that await her will be unveiled in sequence. You can also look forward to the 'Golden Aong Championship' and 'Remnant of the Sunset' events.
