Since its debut in 2007, S.U.N has adjusted its subtitle and branding with every major update, and now it is undergoing another rebranding alongside a massive update.

Webzen announced on the 11th that it is rebranding the PC MMORPG 'S.U.N: Limited' to 'S.U.N: New Edition' and implementing a major update. This update includes the addition of a new class, as well as improvements to graphics and convenience features.

The new class, Paladin, is a female holy warrior who wields a lance. She is responsible for gathering enemies for attacks or supporting allies from the rear. New additions include the 'Plateau of Oblivion' region and the mission 'The Unforgiven', while the maximum character level has been expanded to 210.

In terms of graphics, the background and effect engines have been improved, and lightmap functionality has been introduced to enhance background expression. Visual effects during combat have also been adjusted to increase intensity. The update also features various convenience improvements, such as auto-combat and an auto-sort inventory system.

Meanwhile, Webzen plans to continue enhancing the UI and expanding convenience features in the future, and is also preparing new content related to PvP and cooperative play.
