As a magic-type hero, both of Freya's active skills hit all enemies. Since every skill, including her basic attack, gains performance boosts and added effects upon enhancement, you really should max out all of them.

Her basic attack inflicts a 2-turn bleed effect with a 50% proc rate when upgraded. 'Noble Gust' hits all enemies and strips two buffs; for every buff removed, it applies a 10% defense reduction (stacking up to 4 times). Since there's no set duration, it sticks until they die or clear it. When upgraded, it adds the same bleed effect as her basic attack, but with a higher 75% proc rate. Upon reaching 6-transcendence, she gains an extra perk: if she lands a kill, the skill triggers again at 100% power.

'Golden Sword Rain' deals defense-ignoring damage twice to all enemies based on her magic attack power, with a 40% penetration rate.
