Mgame has rolled out a fresh update for its 2D side-scrolling martial arts MMORPG, Ghost Soul M, bringing a new class, PvP content, and a revamped progression system to the table. Just in time for the festive season, they are also kicking off a series of Christmas and New Year's events.

The star of this update is the 'Assassin,' a class you can start cultivating once you hit level 60. Wielding claws and wheels, these martial artists are built for stealth and surprise. If you fancy high-speed combat that relies on slipping through an enemy's defenses to dish out massive damage in the blink of an eye, this is your new go-to.

The fighting spirit doesn't stop there. We are seeing an expansion of combat content with the introduction of 'Clan Wars,' a PvP mode where guilds clash directly in the 'Myeongju Fortress.' These showdowns take place every Thursday and Saturday at 9 PM. Participants can earn rewards like Clan Points, Reputation, and Tokens of Fighting Spirit depending on how the dust settles.

For those in the endgame, Mgame has made high-level gear progression a tad less of a headache. They've introduced a feature to expand grade option slots for equipment level 130 and above, utilizing a shiny new enhancement item called the 'Awakening Stone.'

To wrap up the year, the developers are throwing in some seasonal events. A Christmas attendance event runs until the 7th of next month, handing out enhancement goodies, and you can even snag a Santa costume by decorating your Christmas tree. Keep an eye out for the New Year's attendance event as well, running from the 1st to the 21st of next month for more upgrade materials.
