Com2uS announced on the 5th that it has decided to cancel treasury shares to enhance shareholder value.

The company will cancel a total of 646,442 shares, which accounts for 5.1% of its total issued shares. These are shares already held by the company, representing 50% of its total treasury stock.

The scheduled date for the cancellation is January 12th, and the estimated value of the shares, based on the average acquisition cost, is approximately 58.15 billion KRW.

While this cancellation will reduce the number of issued shares, there will be no change to the company's capital stock. Following the completion of the cancellation, the total number of issued shares will be 12,091,313.

Com2uS has been implementing policies to enhance shareholder value for several years, including share buybacks and dividends. A Com2uS representative stated, "We will continue to do our best for long-term corporate growth to enhance shareholder value, and we will continue to discuss and implement various shareholder return policies in depth."
