The investigation involves various missions, and players can earn rewards such as card packs, event coins, and Minimi costumes upon completion. Rewards are provided based on the progress of the investigation.

As players track Hotdog Man's whereabouts to a research lab, they will encounter a mysterious briefcase. Players can receive additional rewards from this briefcase, including a police costume and a rideable item called a police bike. These rewards are provided in connection with the case's progression.
