Pokémon, in partnership with Creatures and DeNA, is set to launch the latest expansion for its smartphone card game, Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket, titled 'Mythical Parade', on the 29th. This expansion introduces new Mega Evolution cards and festive-themed illustrations, enhancing the fun of card collection and strategic battles.

'Mythical Parade' features new Mega Evolution ex cards, including Mega Gardevoir ex and Mega Mawile ex. Ogerpon Teal Mask ex also makes its debut through this expansion. Additionally, cards featuring festive artwork for Pokémon such as Vanillite, Pumpkaboo, and Falinks have been added, along with a new Trainer card, 'Strange Square', which changes the battlefield.

This update introduces a 'Trade Message' feature to improve the convenience of card trading, allowing players to specify desired cards and language settings when sending trade requests. Furthermore, a 'Random Battle' mode has been added to the single-player battle experience, where the opponent's deck composition remains hidden until the match begins.

Starting in late January, players can participate in the 'Elite Deck Present Mission' to obtain cards like Mega Blaziken ex and Entei ex, as well as missions to earn Trainer cards. On February 1st, a new collection file and board featuring Mega Gardevoir and Gardevoir will be released to add to the collection experience.

From mid-February, the 'Mega Medicham ex Drop Event' will take place, rewarding players with the fourth volume of the Promo Card Pack Series B. In late February, 'Get Challenge' events featuring Cinderace and Alolan Vulpix promo cards will follow sequentially.
