Digital Touch and Mediascape have officially launched the Nintendo Switch digital version of 'Tobari and the Mysterious Sea of Dreams', a side-scrolling action game developed by the doujin circle desunoya, in South Korea, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. The game is scheduled to be released in Southeast Asia as well.

'Tobari and the Mysterious Sea of Dreams' is an action game where the protagonist, a girl named Tobari who wields a magic staff, acquires various spells from enemies to clear stages. The story begins when Tobari, while spending time with friends at the beach in midsummer, hears a mysterious voice calling from the sea in her dream. Drawn by this voice, she embarks on an adventure into the deep, blue world of the sea.

The game is designed to be easily enjoyed by everyone, featuring simple basic actions such as movement and jumping. As players progress through the stages, they can acquire and utilize over 30 diverse spells, such as firing flames, running on water, flying on a broomstick, or freezing time.

Tobari can carry two spells at the same time. For example, players can attack enemies with fire magic while simultaneously switching to wind magic to jump higher, allowing for a wide range of gameplay styles. The game also includes features for those who are not familiar with action games. A 'Casual' mode, where falling into a pit does not result in a game over, is enabled by default, allowing players to enjoy the game without pressure.
