Nexon announced on the 10th that it has updated Blue Archive with the new event story 'Magical Girl Heavy Caliber' and two new characters. Additionally, the company stated that a new boss, 'Yesod', will be added to the Total Assault raid content on the 17th.

The new event story, 'Magical Girl Heavy Caliber ~Era's Ambition and the Qualifications of Justice~', features Suzumi and Reisa from Trinity General School as the protagonists. The two disguise themselves as magical girls to resolve a crisis at the Borderland amusement park and grow as members of the Trinity Vigilante Crew. Upon completing the story and missions, players can obtain the new Vibration-type dealer, 'Rab'.

Players can also earn event-exclusive currency such as 'Amusement Park Tickets', 'Popcorn Buckets', and 'Souvenir Shop Playing Cards' by completing the event. These currencies can be exchanged at the event shop for various items, including 'Tactical Training BD (Trinity)', 'Technical Notes (Trinity)', and furniture. Completing each stage of the high-difficulty Challenge missions rewards 30 Pyroxenes, and the final 'Challenge EX' stage offers 'Secret Tech Sheet Fragments' as a reward.

Two new characters from the Trinity Vigilante Crew, Suzumi (Magical) and Reisa (Magical), have also been introduced. Reisa (Magical) is a Vibration-type healer who transforms into the magical girl 'Thermite Pink' when using her EX skill, gaining additional stats in HP, Attack, and Healing. Suzumi (Magical) is a Vibration-type supporter with an EX skill that buffs the attack power of allied Striker students and summons, making her effective in large-scale battles.

On the 17th, the new Total Assault boss, Yesod, will be added. Yesod is the 9th Prophet of the AI system 'Decagrammaton', characterized by its massive arms and laser-based attacks. This two-phase raid features various gimmicks, such as destroying lanterns in the correct color sequence or utilizing support drones, adding depth to the strategy.
