Com2uS announced on the 18th that it held the kickoff ceremony for the 15th batch of its university supporter program, 'Com2uS Player.' The Com2uS Player program allows university students interested in the gaming industry to create recruitment-related content. This 15th recruitment cycle drew attention by recording the highest number of applicants to date.

The ceremony was attended by the 12 finally selected participants. At the event, the roles and significance of the Com2uS Player program were shared, along with future operational plans, marking the official start of their activities. The 15th batch of Com2uS Player will produce recruitment content, including coverage of internal and external events and interviews with employees, until the end of August.

They will carry out various activities based on YouTube and social media, and the produced content will be released through Com2uS' official recruitment social media channels. Every piece of content will feature the creator's name, supporting participants in utilizing them as practical portfolios. Com2uS will enhance the quality of the content through consistent communication and systematic guidance from managers during the activity period. Opportunities to interact with employees will also be provided to support the participants' career exploration and indirect job experience. Through this, the program aims to help participants gain meaningful practical experience as content creators.

In addition, all participants will receive a monthly stipend, and separate rewards will be given to teams with outstanding performance. Furthermore, the company will provide ongoing mentoring from working-level staff, and those who successfully complete the program will be granted bonus points in the document screening stage if they apply for a Com2uS internship in the future.
