Smilegate announced on the 20th that it has updated Epic Seven with the new Moonlight hero, 'Notos'. A 5-star Light-element Knight, Notos previously appeared as the final boss of the PvE content 'Monolith Scramble'. The core of playing Notos lies in managing its two distinct states: the standard state and the 'God of War' state.

Notos is a mechanical deity that debuted as the final boss in the 'Monolith Scramble' story, part of the 'Orbis Duel Festival'. It also appeared as the host of the martial arts tournament held at the pyramid. Following the will of its creator, the 'Star Eater Pames', for ages, Notos eventually witnessed the honorable duels of the participating heroes, which sparked a newfound sense of self, leading the construct to reject its destiny as a puppet.

As a 5-star Light-element Knight, Notos boasts high HP and defense stats, and operates using two mechanisms: the standard state and the 'God of War' state. In its standard state, it is immune to Action Gauge increase and decrease effects. Additionally, its basic attacks have a high probability of decreasing the enemy's defense. When using its third skill, 'Divine Achievement', in the standard state, the unique effect 'God of War' is granted.

Once in the 'God of War' state, all of Notos' stats are doubled, and its first and second skills transform into more powerful offensive skills. Furthermore, while 'God of War' is active, it triggers a special effect called 'Sanctuary of Struggle', which prevents all heroes from receiving buffs or debuffs.
