'PUBG: Battlegrounds' has reached its 9th anniversary. Since its debut, the game has led the golden era of the battle royale genre, and as of 2026, it remains the definitive title in the category, enjoyed by countless users. While many new titles in the genre have faded into history, PUBG: Battlegrounds has stood firm for nine years.

To celebrate this milestone, the team hosted an anniversary fan event dubbed 'Still Here All Day' at the Korea University Hwajeong Tiger Dome. From 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM on the 28th, the venue featured immersive booths and mini-games. The underground parking lot was transformed into the primary activity hub, while the second-floor outdoor area offered refreshments and a gallery of art and character displays. Last year's 8th-anniversary event was well-prepared, but this year they scaled up the production and refined the details, drawing a massive crowd of fans to the venue.
