Tower of Chaos Season 11 is live; check out the new items and balance adjustments.

The 1st week of April update brings the Tower of Chaos and transmutation to the forefront. Season 11 of the Tower of Chaos has kicked off, and the Chaos Coin shop has been restocked, with temporary item collections and entry tickets receiving a refresh. They have also added an '11x Weapon Resonance Summon Ticket' to the shop—a promise kept quickly following the recent weapon resonance update. Each ticket costs 500 Chaos Coins, with a limit of 5 purchases per server.

Floors 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, and 40 have seen some balance tweaks to their buff effects. It seems they’ve adjusted the coefficients for positive effects and softened some of the harsher penalties. You can find the granular details on the official Raven 2 community update board.

The environmental shifts in the Tower of Chaos are directly linked to your farming and transmutation efforts. The Chaos Coin shop now stocks Rare and Heroic Re-creation Orbs. You can now combine 10 Rare Re-creation Orbs with Teramonds to craft a Heroic one. This feeds into the new 'Legendary Transmutation' feature. It operates similarly to existing transmutation, requiring Heroic-grade or higher equipment and Transmutation Coins as material, but it offers a better shot at landing a Legendary item. Server transfers are open, though global servers seem to play by a different set of rules?

Raven 2 is selling server transfer tickets until April 7th, 23:59. Both account and guild transfers are priced at 1,000 Diamonds, with a limit of two per account. Note that guild transfers require a 10-minute window for members to accept the guild leader's request, so the effective deadline is actually 23:49 on April 7th. The general rules remain consistent with previous transfer events. However, the global region has specific restrictions on which worlds you can move to or from. Q&A and Tips

Q. I can’t seem to complete the Valton Empire Stella summon mission.
A. It appears Stella synthesis results do not count as a 'summon'.

Last week, Raven 2 launched the '[Valton] Empire' event series. A user named 'Ditte' posted a question on the forums regarding the '[Valton] Empire Summon Mission'. The issue seems to be with summoning one Rare-grade Stella; synthesizing High-grade or Rare Stellae didn’t trigger the completion. Subsequent comments confirmed that even picking up Stellae in dungeons doesn't count.

This is something that KookminTree tested in the past. We saw similar event missions earlier this year, and even back then, synthesis results weren't counted as summons. Our recent tests confirm that drops don't count either; it strictly requires a literal 'summon' action. The reason synthesis counts for Avatars and Familiars is likely because those functions are explicitly named 'Contract Summon'. It might not be a perfect analysis, but keep this in mind for future Stella summon missions.

Spotlight: Events of the Week

Three new events added to the Valton Empire series!

We mentioned the Valton Empire event series last time, but Raven 2 has now tacked on three more: '[Valton] Empire Reclamation Operation', '[Valton] Empire Relic Restoration', and '[Valton] Empire Power Reinforcement'. All three are mission-based events.

The Reclamation Operation is all about monster hunting—10,000 per species or 50,000 total for a full clear. The 'Special Relic Summon Box' rewards lead into the Relic Restoration event, which requires 50 enhancement attempts or using 50 of those summon boxes. Since you get 40 from the Reclamation Operation, you’ll need to scrounge up 10 more.

Finally, Power Reinforcement focuses on gear farming, dismantling, and enhancement attempts. Nothing too taxing there. Completing the Restoration and Reinforcement events grants you 'Restored Light Shards' and 'Purified Light Shards'. Collect all four types of shards from the series to craft the limited-time collection material, 'Radiant Light Crystal'.
