NC Service, a subsidiary of NC, has received a Prime Minister's Commendation at the 'Disability Employment Promotion Ceremony'.

NC Service received the Prime Minister's Commendation at the '2026 Disability Employment Promotion Ceremony' held on the 15th, in recognition of its contribution to expanding employment for the disabled and fostering a stable working environment.

The Disability Employment Promotion Ceremony is hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and organized by the Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled to raise social awareness and interest in hiring those with disabilities. Every year, it honors exemplary employers, contributors, and employees with disabilities who have championed inclusive hiring practices.

NC Service operates as a standard workplace for the disabled under the NC umbrella, primarily handling game customer support and a variety of other service-related tasks. As of March 2026, the company employs 80 staff members with disabilities, 83% of whom are classified as having severe disabilities.

To ensure job security, the company has consistently focused on creating disability-friendly roles and environments. Currently, it oversees 12 distinct job categories, including customer service, cafe baristas, library management, and multi-use cup maintenance. With professional support staff such as sign language interpreters, social workers, and disability employment counselors on hand to assist with onboarding and retention, the firm previously received the Minister of Employment and Labor Award as the 'Comfortable Workplace of the Year' in 2020.
