Microsoft's new Xbox head, Asha Sharma, officially announced a surprise price reduction via her social media, stating that "Game Pass prices are too expensive."

First, the subscription fees for Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass have been reduced. The monthly subscription fee for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate has been lowered from 29,000 KRW to 19,000 KRW, and the monthly fee for PC Game Pass has been reduced from 18,000 KRW to 15,500 KRW.

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers can continue to enjoy games on both Xbox consoles and PC, including current Call of Duty titles, in-game perks, console online multiplayer, and major new releases added on launch day.

However, starting this year, upcoming 'Call of Duty' titles will not be included in Game Pass Ultimate or PC Game Pass on launch day. These new titles are scheduled to be added to the Game Pass library approximately one year later during the following holiday season, and existing 'Call of Duty' titles currently in the library will remain available to play.
