A. She is a main dealer who attacks by accumulating a 'Firepower Gauge' to gain a 'Super Firepower' buff.

Neo Neon is a Nikke who unleashes even greater firepower by charging her 'Firepower Gauge.' Her first skill, 'Healthy Body,' grants 'Debuff Immunity' and 'Invincibility.' This activates when Neo Neon is hit by an enemy attack and applies for '3 seconds, 5 times during combat.' An additional effect provides extra damage when a fully charged attack hits a 'Target.' This 'Target' refers to boss-class Raptures, not Nikkes in the Arena. They are the Raptures that trigger a camera lock effect when they appear on-stage.

Her second skill, 'Firepower Charge,' fills Neo Neon's Firepower Gauge by 100 at the start of battle. Additionally, at level 10, when her Burst Skill is in the 'Firepower Charge' state, her normal attacks replenish 2 points to the Firepower Gauge upon hitting, and 45 points when the Firepower Charge state ends. Furthermore, if she possesses a charged Firepower Gauge at the end of Full Burst Time, her Burst Gauge charge speed increases. The increase is calculated as '5 x Firepower Gauge charge amount'%. For instance, if the Firepower Gauge is at 100, the Burst Gauge charge speed increases by 500%. This effect allows for Burst Gauge charging for 5 seconds. As a basic effect, she also activates the 'Firepower Deployment' state, increasing her 'Attack Power' for 10 seconds. At level 10, this is 80.04%, with an additional 35.05% increase during the Super Firepower state.

Her Burst, 'Super Firepower,' splits into the Firepower Charge and Super Firepower effects based on whether the Firepower Gauge is below or at 100. When below 100, it puts Neo Neon in a state where she can charge her Firepower Gauge. When the Firepower Gauge is at 100, it consumes the gauge to activate an 'Attack Damage Increase' for 10 seconds. Additionally, as a basic effect, she gains 'Explosion Area + Attack Damage Increase' for 10 seconds. The Explosion Area is 200% at level 10, and Attack Damage is 110.21%. One point to note is that it takes time to recharge the Firepower Gauge back to 100 with her second skill. It requires two Full Burst cycles. Therefore, the Super Firepower buff cannot be consistently active during actual combat, so keep this in mind.

While her damage was 9.4 billion without any Charge Speed buffs, it easily surpassed 11 billion with the Charge Speed increase buff, a difference of approximately 1.6 billion. Overload equipment options for Charge Speed range from '1.98% to 6.09%.' At maximum, you can achieve 24.36%. This is the second most important option after Superior Code Damage Increase, so keep it in mind when preparing Neo Neon's options.

The experiment in the Mirror Container was stable. Until now, 'Cinderella' was considered essential for this content. However, users who joined during the 3.5 anniversary might struggle if they don't have this Nikke.
