On May 17, the team behind 'Game of Thrones: Kingsroad' released a developer note on their official website, outlining a series of improvements to be implemented upon the official launch. These changes were made in response to player feedback following the PC early access period.

First, they are addressing elements that hindered the player experience. The base inventory will be expanded by 10 slots per category, and warehouse NPCs will be added to every major city to reduce inventory management burdens. Additionally, the reward distribution method for the Archives will be improved.

Stamina restrictions are also being significantly eased. The stamina recovery item 'Summer Fragrance Wine' will be added to the Alliance Token exchange shop. Furthermore, the crafting material for this item, 'Summer Fragrance,' will be added to daily mission rewards. These inventory and stamina improvements are scheduled to go live with the official launch on May 21.

Finally, the monetization structure is being improved. The controversial Battle Pass EXP pack will be discontinued. This item will be made free starting May 21, and those who have already purchased it will receive a full refund. They also stated that they would lower the difficulty of the Battle Pass and pledged not to sell similar items in the future.

A bundled discount for monthly subscription products was also announced. Players had pointed out that the current 'Utility Support' and 'Combat Support' items lacked discount benefits, creating a financial burden. Starting June 10, a discount will be provided when purchasing these items as a bundle. For those who previously purchased these items, the subscription period will be extended by 7 days each.

Regarding 'Forging Iron,' a core resource for growth, the developers are taking a cautious approach. While they acknowledged that progression has stalled contrary to their design intentions, they stated they would not make hasty numerical adjustments as it is a key element of the game's economy. Instead, they plan to hold short-term events to alleviate the inconvenience while they review the system.

In addition, 'Game of Thrones: Kingsroad' announced various other improvements. The difficulty of the 'Challenge Earthworm Path' guide missions will be lowered, and potions will now be storable in the warehouse.
