The 'JeonGwangSeokHwa' team, featuring 'Gyeoksa' and 'Gi-gwon-sa', has etched their names in history and retained the top spot this week. Without pushing for a new record, they've secured first place with a blistering 10.5 seconds. Given how difficult it is to shave off even fractions of a second at this altitude, further improvements seem unlikely. Still, no one's resting easy. Hot on their heels is the 'Elt·Alt' Gi-gwon-sa duo, clocking in at 10.942 seconds – a substantial leap of 0.774 seconds faster than last week.

Meanwhile, the 'Mint·Alt' team in third place also put in a stellar performance. Their combination of Gyeoksa and Gi-gwon-sa yielded an 11.182-second run, throwing them squarely into the leading group's battle. It seems 'Alt' has a hand in two top teams, applying considerable pressure on the current leaders. This creates a fascinating dynamic where rivals from the same 'JeonGwangSeokHwa' server are converging to compete at the highest echelons of performance.

This all-out push for faster times has significantly raised the bar for entry into the charts. The 'Ho-nyang-Ol·Alt' player just scraped in with a 15.287-second run. Compared to last week's time for the same position, you'd need to be about a full second quicker just to make the cut.

The Gyeoksa Class Yields the Top Spot to the 'Bi-do-sul-sa'

In terms of class representation within the Dungeon Race, the Bi-do-sul-sa is increasingly dominating, directly correlating with the number of ranked players. This week, as the season hit its midpoint, the Bi-do-sul-sa once again surged to the number one spot. While the Gyeoksa, at 21.5%, still boasts a respectable presence, it wasn't enough to counter the Bi-do-sul-sa's momentum. Consequently, the Gyeoksa conceded the lead, settling for second place.

The Gi-gwon-sa, however, maintains a steady pace. As the Bi-do-sul-sa gained ground, the Gi-gwon-sa saw a slight dip but managed to hold onto a respectable 10% share. Their ranking remains consistent, as always, at third place.

But pay attention to the Archer's ascent – it's quite remarkable. Unlike their usual performance, their proportion has been steadily climbing with each subsequent tally. They've surged by 1.8 percentage points, seemingly unfazed by the Bi-do-sul-sa's upward trend. With only a 1.5 percentage point difference separating them from the Gi-gwon-sa, their current growth rate is steeper than usual. Despite being a class rarely seen at the very top of the charts, their rising popularity is evident. The 'Gwi-geom-sa' Recovers Stability, Filling Ranks 1 to 3

Midway through May's Ranking Dungeon season, a total of 671 players have achieved records within the 1 minute and 30-second benchmark. That's an increase of 207 players in just one week! While the number of participants has consistently trended upwards each season, this current surge is exceptionally steep. There's a chance things might dip slightly following the update for the new 'Hwan-sul-sa' class, but we're still looking at over 700 players likely to participate.

The 'Gwi-geom-sa', which has often shown signs of instability, has finally found its footing. All players in the top three positions have secured sub-1-minute runs, presenting a picture of calm. However, the 'Geum-gang-sa' appears to be losing its balance. The second-place player, 'Ki-ki-kik', barely made the cut at 1 minute and 29 seconds, creating a precarious situation on the chart. Furthermore, the top-ranked player's record hasn't changed for two consecutive weeks. We're also seeing records exceeding the 1-minute mark from 'So-hwan-sa' and 'Mi-ho-geom-sa' players.
