T1 met Paper Rex (PRX) on the 15th in a pivotal lower bracket clash, only to fall 1-2, ending their Stage 1 campaign in 4th place.

After defeating T1, PRX dismantled Global Esports (GE) 2-0 in the lower bracket final before sweeping Full Sense (FS) 3-0 in the grand final. This marks their fourth Pacific title, reaffirming their status as a powerhouse in the region.

With the conclusion of the matches in Ho Chi Minh City, the 2026 VCT Pacific Stage 1, which ran for 45 days from April 3 to May 17, has officially ended. The team with the most outstanding performance was PRX. Having recorded 4 wins in the group stage to earn 4 championship points, they added another 6 for their tournament victory, securing a total of 10 points for Stage 1. This brings their cumulative total to 16 points, placing them at the top of the championship leaderboard.

Nongshim RedForce (NS) follows in 2nd place with 12 points, while T1 sits in 3rd with 10 cumulative championship points. The finalists from Ho Chi Minh City, FS and GE, secured 4th and 5th place respectively.

The top teams from VCT Pacific Stage 1—PRX, FS, and GE—have earned their spots to represent the Pacific region at Masters London. Masters London is scheduled to take place from June 6 to 21 at the Copper Box Arena in London, UK.
