Pearl Abyss announced on the 20th that it is holding the second phase of the 'Trace of Distortion' event for Black Desert. This event involves adventurers participating in content to cleanse the ominous energy of 'Edania' that has spread across the Black Desert world. Following the first event that began on May 6, this second phase offers expanded rewards.

Adventurers can obtain 'Event Trace of Distortion' items through activities such as hunting, gathering, and fishing in the Black Desert world. These items can be exchanged until June 11 for rewards including the Rare Hammer Choice Box, Advice of Valks (+250), and the Ultimate Premium Enhancement Box. Notably, the exchange limits for the Rare Hammer Choice Box and the Ultimate Premium Enhancement Box have been increased, allowing players to exchange them up to two times each.

Adventurers who log into Black Desert during the event period will receive the 'Blessing of Cron Stone (7 Days)'. Through this blessing, players can obtain up to 2,100 Cron Stones over the course of seven days.

Additionally, the bosses 'Muraka' and 'Titium', which previously appeared in 'Edania', will randomly spawn in hunting grounds across the Black Desert world until June 4. Defeating these bosses will reward players with Cron Stones and 'Event Trace of Distortion' items. Depending on the drop rate, players may also obtain additional rewards such as a 1,000 Cron Stone bundle or a 500 Cron Stone box.

Pearl Abyss has also announced that a third event phase is scheduled to begin on May 27.
