Vampire has been steadily rolling out new content this second quarter. April saw the addition of the Royal Mausoleum and Narihan's Valley, followed by a bounty hunt in May. This week, we've received the clan PvE content, 'Sacred Artifact Defence'. Over on the official community forums, questions have been popping up on the tips and know-how board after a long hiatus. One particular query concerned how to recover lost experience points for free, a question your intrepid reporter decided to investigate firsthand.

Gather for the new Sacred Artifact Defence content!

Vampire's May third-week update has introduced a new content piece: 'Sacred Artifact Defence'. This is a guild PvE endeavour where clan members unite to fend off waves of monsters in a defence scenario. Clans at level 3 or higher can participate once per week. Entry attempts are refilled every Monday at 5 AM, and you can access it by tapping the Clan Content button in the in-game menu.

The core of Sacred Artifact Defence revolves around 'Record Competition - New Relic Collection - Guardian Gargoyle'. The clan content page displays a ranking table on the right, scoring players based on their performance. Among the rewards is an Ancient Stone Tablet Relic Chest, which can be registered in a new collection to grant stat bonuses.

Other rewards, such as offerings, are used to enhance the Guardian Gargoyle. Visit the 'Clan - Guardian' tab to nurture the gargoyle alongside your clanmates. This grown guardian can then be summoned during Sacred Artifact Defence to aid in battle. The growth cap is level 30, so make sure to leverage the new skills unlocked at specific levels and the increased skill damage. For detailed stats, check the Vampire official community patch notes.

Elsewhere, Blood Veils offer bonuses when equipped according to your class. Vampire, however, has added a twist: common veils that can be worn regardless of class. These include the Mythic-grade 'Rasta's Greed' and the Legendary-grade 'Noble Blood's Guide' and 'Great Struggle's End'. With the addition of five Hero-grade veils, a total of eight new veils have been introduced.

Q. I heard that experience lost during hunting can be recovered within 24 hours.

This week, a post on the Vampire official community's tips & know-how board posed a question. The user had heard that experience lost upon death during hunting could be recovered within 24 hours but couldn't find the recovery button. So, naturally, an experiment was in order. I found a suitable hunting ground, met my demise, and located the experience recovery button. The process and button image are as shown. Free recoveries are available five times daily, so remember to note the method for using recovery tickets as well.

Festival News of the Week

Damir has prepared the Royal Mausoleum and growth support events.

Damir takes centre stage in the May third-week events, with the Royal Mausoleum Support 7-Day Attendance and Weekly Growth Support events. Both promotions run until 4:59 AM on June 2nd. The Royal Mausoleum Support 7-Day Attendance grants 'Gravekeeper Dispatch Time Reduction Ticket x2', 'Official Gravekeeper Dispatch Certificate x8', and 'Chief Gravekeeper Dispatch Certificate x1' over seven days. Daily attendance resets at 5 AM, so keep that in mind.

Weekly Growth Support involves completing eight weekly missions for individual rewards. The missions are grouped into two themes, with four missions each. Clearing the first theme requires defeating 30,000 monsters and trading 80 times at the black market, rewarding Engraving Stones, Gold, and Trinities. The latter theme provides Ancient Statue/Amber Relic Chests. Missions reset every Monday at 5 AM, so managing your schedule is key.
