Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4, henceforth referred to as Modern Warfare 4, has been unveiled. Developed by Infinity Ward, the game plunges players into a global conflict escalating around the Korean Peninsula.

Players step into the boots of Private Park, a South Korean soldier deployed in a North Korean invasion, fighting on the front lines. Meanwhile, Captain Price operates independently beyond enemy lines to stop the proliferation of the weapon. The campaign spans intense close-quarters combat in New York, a high-octane car chase through Paris, a stealthy SAS night raid in Mumbai, and a brutal trench warfare scenario in Korea.

The multiplayer component introduces Ballistic Authority, a feature that meticulously simulates weapon ballistics. Modern Warfare 4 boasts 12 core maps spanning various regions, alongside the new Kill Block dynamic battlefields, which reconfigure their layout into over 500 variations between rounds.

DMZ returns, adding an extraction experience where solo players and squads are deployed into combat zones. Further details on the DMZ mode will be revealed on June 8th.

Modern Warfare 4 has been crafted with PC players in mind. A collaboration between Infinity Ward and Beenox ensures PC environments receive top-tier performance, visual fidelity, responsiveness, and granular control over customisation options.

Modern Warfare 4 is slated for release on October 23rd for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, PC, and Nintendo Switch 2, featuring full Korean language dubbing.
