This month saw a substantial injection of new content, thanks to a major update that’s really shaken things up. We’ve got the arrival of a new class, the Illusionist, alongside the launch of a brand-new server named Yilmu-ee, which, as of its debut, stands alone as the latest addition. On top of that, an upgrade to Unreal Engine 5 has given the game a visual facelift, pleasing the eyes of players everywhere. With such dazzling graphics, you might just forget about the sweltering summer heat. We've compiled a breakdown of class statistics across all 11 servers, including Yilmu-ee, with a total of 2,200 players, alongside various regional news, right here in the Server Trend.

May Servers and Guilds

Here we are, at the tail end of May, a time many of you, our esteemed 'Sahyeong' (fellow players), have eagerly anticipated. The developer notes, special event pages, and showcase broadcasts all hinted at a massive update, and the wait is finally over. On May 28th, alongside this grand update, the new server Yilmu-ee officially opened its gates.

What sets Yilmu-ee apart is its 'Hyper Jumping' feature. Upon creating a character, you can opt-in for this event. It’s a unique benefit for Yilmu-ee players, allowing characters to start at Hongmoon Level 70 right from the get-go. This effectively skips a significant chunk of the usual progression, offering a 10-level boost compared to standard jumping characters. The design clearly aims to get players straight into the core content without the tedious grind.

But it's not just about fast levelling; further accelerated growth is possible through the 'Power Growth Support Project,' which includes a 'Blessing of Growth,' and by redeeming coupons from the 'Update Commemorative Special Page.' Equipping the '+10 Shining Myeongcheon Equipment Full Set Box' will bring you to a level where you can tackle the latest content. Thanks to the inclusion of a '100% Ancient Enhancement Success Coupon' and a 'Damage Restoration Coupon,' the ceiling for character progression has been significantly raised. Most of these generous events are available from the update's launch well into June, so be sure to keep an eye on the dates.

Thanks to the wealth of events we've just discussed, Yilmu-ee is currently bustling with new and returning players. In that spirit, our May guild spotlight shines on the fresh guilds emerging on Yilmu-ee. As the server has only just opened, no single guild has a significant lead; they're all progressing at a similar pace. Looking at the rankings based on 'Guild Fame Score,' 'Tanghulu' from the Honcheon Clan and 'Hyeollyu' from the Murim Alliance appear to be slightly ahead.

The early days of a new B&S Revolution server often hinge on faction balance. Therefore, we took a close look at Yilmu-ee's faction population. Thankfully, it started with an 'even' split between both factions, and they are progressing in a balanced manner. To delve deeper, we also checked the faction war scores. Here, the Honcheon Clan holds a slight edge. We’re quite eager to see how the faction content, set to roll out in June, will unfold.

May's Hot Topics!

The biggest headlines from May's update are undoubtedly the graphics engine upgrade and the introduction of a new class. Most players, however, seem to be most excited about the latter. The Illusionist, B&S Revolution's twenty-fifth class, specialises in long-range martial arts using an Illusion Staff and spectral projections. With flashy skill effects and an adorable appearance, this class is perfect for deceiving opponents. Furthermore, it can inflict a unique 'Stun' status effect, disrupting enemy combat flow and catching them off guard. By offering abilities distinct from existing classes and leveraging the unique charm of the Lyn race, it's bringing a fresh wave of enjoyment to B&S Revolution.

Also making waves are the four new Legendary-grade Guardian Spirits that launched alongside the update. Each caters to a specific role: Attack, Defence, Hunting, and PvP – namely 'Cheonrin,' 'Haechi,' 'Wola,' and 'Gangrim.' It's worth noting that Legendary grade sits above the existing Mythical tier, marking the first time B&S Revolution has introduced a Legendary grade for Guardian Spirits. Players are currently using their spare Mythical-grade Guardian Spirits as upgrade materials to forge these new Legendary ones. To truly maximise combat power, it'll be crucial to assess the performance of these new spirits.

May Server Keywords & Class Focus

During the transition from April to May, a server transfer period was active. Consequently, the server trend data for May reflects the outcomes of these transfers. The new server slot, previously held by Wonsu Daetong, has now been claimed by Yilmu-ee. Our recommended server is Gun-gye Il-hak, and the focus server is Gyeonggukjisaek.

Following the server transfers, Gyeonggukjisaek boasts the highest average combat power. A significant number of top-ranked players have congregated there, immediately engaging in fierce faction warfare upon arrival. The results indicate an overwhelming victory for the Honcheon Clan. Reviewing last week's faction war scores, they were ahead by a staggering 1.2 billion points. In contrast, the regional conquest battles saw a much closer score of 5:6 between the Murim Alliance and the Honcheon Clan.

May's spotlight falls on two popular existing classes: the Blade Dancer and the Gunner. While both have maintained strong performances since April, it's a critical time for them. The emergence of the Illusionist as a third focus class is noteworthy, showing an impressive debut. The Illusionist has surpassed the Gunner's 14.2% representation, securing second place with 15.3% – a narrow margin of just 0.9%.

The Illusionist is most favoured on the Yilmu-ee server, which, understandably, is typical for a newly launched server. Based on character level rankings, 105 out of 200 players are currently enjoying the Illusionist. Beyond the new server, it's also popular in Gyeonggukjisaek, Geumsangcheomhwa, Daegimansaeng, and Wi-pung Dang-dang, with 28 players listed in each. With the current 'Free Class Change Ticket' promotion, its popularity is likely to climb even higher. Looking at these charts, it’s clear why the Blade Dancer and Gunner need to be on high alert.

Server-by-Server Occupied Territories and Combat Power Status

Here's a look at the server-by-server occupied territories and combat power chart for May, just before the final regional conquest battle of the month. The chart above reflects the results of the regional conquest battles that took place across various servers on May 24th. For reference, Yilmu-ee is scheduled to have its first regional conquest battle on June 14th.

Overall, the Honcheon Clan appears to have the upper hand in many regions. While some faction war results differ, they generally mirror the outcomes of the regional conquest battles. The most significant lead is seen in Yu-a Dok-jon, where the Honcheon Clan was ahead by over 400 million points in last week's faction war scores, consistent with the regional conquest metrics.

Immediately after the server transfers, Gyeonggukjisaek recorded the highest average combat power, surpassing 9.46 million, taking the top spot. Jeon-gwang Seok-hwa came in second, followed by Geumsangcheomhwa in third. Although the combat power gap between servers has narrowed slightly compared to before, it remains substantial when including servers like Wonsu Daetong and Il-chwi Wol-jang. With the introduction of progression-expanding elements, similar to the Legendary-grade Guardian Spirits, this disparity is likely to widen further.
