Digital Extremes has announced that Warframe's new narrative chapter, 'Jade Shadows: Constellations,' is set to launch for free on all platforms on June 17th. This update introduces the 65th Warframe, 'Sirius & Orion,' featuring a simultaneous control system, new Railjack missions, the next Prime Warframe 'Styanax Prime' access, and new Incarnon weapons. A clothing collaboration and pop-up event with Los Angeles fashion brand ARK/8 were also revealed.

The centerpiece of this update is the 65th Warframe, 'Sirius & Orion,' a dual-character design where players can freely switch between the two, utilising their distinct abilities. These Warframes share a passive ability that stores constellation dust. Sirius offers abilities focused on resource and ammo recovery, healing, and damage reduction, while Orion specialises in enemy armour reduction, decoy generation, and summoning massive black holes. They also possess a shared ultimate ability where they collide in mid-air, damaging all enemies in their path, with the damage increasing if the switch is timed precisely. Megan Everett, Warframe's Community Director, stated, "The character design team truly pushed the boundaries to create two playable Warframes as one. This update showcases an impressive synergy between gameplay and narrative."

Completing the new story quest will unlock the latest Railjack spaceship mission in Uranus Proxima and new weaponry. Players will side with either the new Protoframe 'Ryoku' or 'Vena' to battle against the other, piloting their custom Railjack ships to take down rival Railjacks. A new scythe melee weapon, known as 'Pride' or 'Wrath' depending on the timeline, will be available alongside five new Incarnon weapons: 'Destreza,' 'Obex,' 'Stug,' 'Ballistica,' and 'Vectis,' each boasting abilities like phantom sword summoning, ricocheting shots, and area-of-effect attacks.

Alongside the launch of 'Jade Shadows: Constellations,' 'Styanax Prime Access' will also be available. This features a Prime version of the indomitable Peltast 'Styanax,' boasting enhanced stats, and will be equipped with the new Prime weapons 'Affentis Prime' speargun and 'Athodai Prime' pistol. Additionally, exclusive Prime cosmetic items will be added, including the 'Ranex Prime' Shurikan back attachment and 'Dauras Prime' armour set, both featuring prominent golden accents. This Prime content can be instantly unlocked in the Warframe marketplace or acquired for free through gameplay. On July 11th, during Tennocon 2026, the 'Mesa' Airloom cosmetic item will also be released.

Digital Extremes is collaborating with Los Angeles fashion brand ARK/8 for a clothing line and pop-up event. From June 5th to 8th, limited edition merchandise themed around 'Jade Shadows: Constellations' was sold at ARK/8's physical store, with a bonus of 1,025 Platinum awarded for purchases over $150. Details regarding the ARK/8 online store collaboration items will be revealed later. Warframe's biggest event, 'Tennocon 2026,' will take place online from July 10th to 11th via YouTube and Twitch, featuring events such as the latest orchestral performance, 'Tennoconcert,' celebrating over a decade of Warframe music. This year's Tennocon charity partners are Sistema Toronto and London Cares.
